Lipton Rogers Developments LLP (LRD) is a real estate development business focused on major projects in and around Central London.
The key individuals at LRD have more than 30 years experience each in London development, having delivered over 30 million sq m of residential, commercial and mixed-use space, including iconic projects such as Broadgate, Paternoster Square, Holland Green and Tate Modern.
Lipton Rogers Developments is currently delivering 22 Bishopsgate, a 62 storey tower in the City of London.
The LRD team has also been behind the renaissance of many prominent theatrical and arts institutions, delicately transforming some of the most sensitive listed buildings in London. These include the Royal Opera House, Her Majesty’s Treasury and the National Gallery.
DGS Capital Partners LLP (DGS) is a privately owned and independent boutique merchant bank. DGS’s range of activities encompasses sectors from technology to property. The founding partners have many years’ experience in financial services, having worked on some of the largest and most well-known transactions over the past 30 years.
Chief Executive Officer
Paul has 30 years of management experience. He was a partner at Q Street Capital and co-owner of Matrix Alternative Asset Management. He began his career at Barclays Capital, where he was Deputy Head of Equities Trading globally and Head of Equity and Derivatives Trading at BZW Japan. Paul was a founding partner of DGS Capital Partners.
Chief Operating Officer
Helen has held the senior roles of General Manager for Tricare Nursing Homes (1,200 Residents), Chief Operations Officer for Domain Principal Group (5,000 Residents) and Executive for Strategy, Standards and Service Development with Australian Unity Independent and Assisted Living (3,000 residents, 55,000 home care clients). Helen has undertaken global research to shape her award winning residential care service model. Helen was the first aged care recipient of the Endeavour Executive Australia Award, and is a Board member of the Common Age Association, a charitable organisation focused on improving aged care standards in all Commonwealth countries.
Henry was formerly Head of Retirement Living at Savills. In that role he advised many of the leading UK assisted living and retirement developers and operators, as well as advising investors and new entrants. Henry in addition advised think tanks, policy bodies and industry groups. Prior to this role Henry was Head of Sales for a retirement and care home developer / operator. Over the course of his career in property since 2001, Henry has worked across the retirement sector, as well as working on some of London’s most iconic residential developments.
Peter is an engineer and property developer specialising in delivering complex building projects. In 2007, he was awarded the CBE for Services to Construction. He has advised Government and arts organisations including The Heritage and Arts Lottery Funds, Tate Gallery and Royal Opera House, as well as being the Chair of the 2012 Arcelor Mittal Orbit. Having previously been a Director at Stanhope PLC and Chelsfield Developments, Peter remains particularly focussed on efficient construction and innovation, as well as delivering complex developments in London. Peter was a founding partner in Lipton Rogers.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael has 30 years experience in finance sector. He was formerly Head of Group Mergers and Acquisitions at UBS, having started his career at Morgan Grenfell in London. Michael has been involved in a wide range of corporate advisory assignments, including IPOs and restructurings. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Michael was a founding partner of DGS Capital Partners.
Rupert is a leading Real Estate investment and finance specialist. He trained at Chase Manhattan Bank and set up a specialist corporate finance boutique before joining Jones Lang LaSalle and creating and leading their European corporate finance business. In 2004 he joined Hermes, as CEO of their Real Estate Investment Management business, before becoming CEO of Hermes Fund Managers, responsible for around £40 billion AUM. He is a former Chairman of MEPC and Director of Argent and has held many industry leadership roles including being President of the BPF, Chairman of the IPF and Director of IPD. Rupert is Managing Partner of Lipton Rogers.
